REFUND POLICY

 

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

HIS Design Services ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 7 days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be in *original condition within 10 days to receive an exchange or store credit. Email design@hisdesignservices.com to request a return. We charge a 25% restocking fee for all merchandise orders. 

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. Final sale on all custom graphics, digital files, blank and, designed clothing.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at design@hisdesignservices.com and return your item to us. It is the customer's obligation to arrange and pay for shipping to return items. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Lost or Stolen Packages
HIS Design Services is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, His Design Services will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
